I only used it so long because it is so damn expensive, and I wanted to get something out of it, but I should have dumped it a long time ago. Which is a weird response, who would do that? Why not give a proper trial (more than one hour), or support, or maybe provide refunds when a customer is not able to use it properly and you cannot fix it.
